Melanie helped look at a bunch of condo's with me which were well outside of the area she looks after. She arranged everything including viewings and taking me to the various places and even kept in contact with the successful landlord up to moving in and gave me advise on being chosen as the tenant for the place over another applicant. It was a difficult time as I had to go through major changes and downsize but she had empathy and compassion and was supportive even though she didn't know me.
